Ingredients for Ginger Rice Salad Recipe

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 cups ofhot water
  • 1,5 cupsboiled peas
  • 3fresh onions (green parts to be used)
  • 1/4 bunch of dill

For the sauce:

  • 4 teaspoonsgrated fresh ginger (about 20 grams of fresh z
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1,5 pieces of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil

The Ginger Rice Salad Recipe

Do not soften rice in this salad while cooking rice. It must be a little harder than rice to make it look alive and grainy.

How to Make Ginger Rice Salad Recipe

  • Sprinkle salt over rice and leave in hot water for 30 minutes until it passes lightly.
  • Grate fresh ginger with the thin side of the grater. Mix apple cider vinegar, powdered sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and olive oil with grated fresh ginger and leave the sauce on the side.
  • Strain the water of the rice. Add 1.5 cups of hot water and cook over low heat until the rice is drained. When the water is removed, turn the cooker off and allow to cool on one side.
  • Cut the green parts of the fresh onions and dill in thin water.
  • Add the boiled peas and chopped greens over the cooled rice. Add the salad dressing and mix well to distribute evenly.
  • Serve the fresh ginger rice salad in the serving bowls, garnish with dill leaves and serve without waiting.

Service Suggestion for Ginger Rice Salad Recipe

You can add a teaspoon of sesame to the salad dressing.
